Online Auctions24 is an administrator-managed auction platform for transparent, defensible asset disposal. Access to internal staff functions is controlled through role-based permissions. Staff accounts require an additional authentication code, helping protect sensitive auction, payment and bidder information from unauthorised access.
For institutional disposals, we can provide an authorised observer account for the client organisation. Observer accounts are restricted to the client’s own disposal activity and do not provide access to unrelated auctions or confidential bidder identity.

Online Auctions24 does not process card payments through the platform. Payment instructions are stated clearly in the written terms for each auction and may require payment directly to the seller’s nominated bank account or another approved channel.
We record the relevant payment, deposit and collection information. Assets are released only after the required payment has been verified in accordance with the applicable auction terms.
We treat bidder, seller and institutional information with care. Personal information is collected only where necessary for account verification, auction administration, payment confirmation, reporting and legal compliance.
