If you have vehicles, machinery, property or office assets to dispose of, we prepare the listing, verify the bidders and run the sale to a fixed close. Here is what that involves.
Vehicles and fleet, machinery and tools, real estate and land, electronics and IT equipment, and office furniture. Lots come from companies replacing assets, insurers disposing of recovered items, and institutions carrying out a formal disposal.
Enough for a buyer to bid without seeing the item in person, and enough for us to publish an auction notice that stands up.
We prepare the listing, set the opening price and increment with you, publish the terms for that lot, and run the auction to a fixed closing time. Our staff verify every bidder by telephone before they can bid.
A lot cannot be published without photographs, a real description and real terms. That gate is enforced rather than encouraged, so an incomplete listing does not reach buyers.
Each auction ends at its published time. The highest valid bid wins — there is no reserve, no extension and no negotiation afterwards.
Payment is made directly to the seller’s nominated bank account, unless the written auction terms state otherwise. We take no payment on the website. We record the amount owed, any deposit, the receipt against which payment was verified, and the release of the goods, and we account to you against that record.
Commission depends on the category, the value and the volume, so we agree it with you before anything is listed rather than publishing a rate that would not apply to your lots.
There is no self-service listing yet — every lot is prepared by our staff, so consigning starts with a conversation. Tell us what you have and where it is, and we will tell you whether it suits a public auction and what it is likely to need.
