Payment and collection are completed offline after a win, so these are the channels that matter. A person answers them during working hours in Kigali time (CAT, UTC+2).

What to tell us
If your message is about a particular lot, give us its title or the address of its page — we run several auctions at once and the lot number is what turns a question into an answer.
- Waiting on approval to bid: the email address you registered with, and the number you gave us.
- You have won a lot: the lot, and whether you are asking about payment, collection or a deadline.
- Something on the site is wrong: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
How we will and will not ask you for money
Online Auctions24 does not take payment on this website. There is no card form on any page, and nobody should ever ask you to enter payment details into one.
Payment for a lot you have won is arranged directly with our staff, against a record we keep of what is owed and what has been received. If you are ever unsure whether a message asking you for money is really from us, stop and telephone one of the numbers above.
Where else to write
Three kinds of request have somewhere better to go than the general mailbox, and each is answered by different people.
- Consigning something for sale. Vehicles, machinery, property or office assets — what we need and what we do with it is set out in how to consign a lot. An organisation disposing of assets under a formal process should read for institutions first.
- Your personal data. What you may ask us for, and what we will need from you in order to answer, is set out in our privacy policy.
- A security vulnerability. Please write to security@onlineauctions24.com rather than the general mailbox, and read our disclosure policy first — it says what testing is and is not acceptable against a platform running online auctions for real money.
